In addition, Maclaren Corlett LLP has extensive experience with secured loan transactions, providing opinions on security, representing the interests of secured creditors, and, where necessary, enforcing security. Where security enforcement has proven inappropriate, the firm has worked with creditors and debtors in the areas of restructuring and workouts.

Maclaren Corlett LLP has many years of experience representing the interests of creditors in insolvency situations, and has also acted as counsel to receivers and trustees in bankruptcy. The firm has also represented the interests of large groups of investors in situations where investments and tax shelters have collapsed.
