Employment Law
Members of the firm provide advice on employment contracts, termination of employment, calculation of notice periods and the designing of termination and severance packages. We are familiar with relevant employment standards legislation and can provide expertise in drafting and interpreting employment contracts, defending or prosecuting wrongful dismissal actions, and appearing before various federal and provincial labour authorities, human rights tribunals and the courts.
