At Maclaren Corlett LLP we focus on our clients' rights in all aspects of family law, including spousal and child support, property division, custody and access and common law and same sex relationships. Members of the firm understand that separation and divorce is a painful process and strive to do everything practicable to make the whole proceeding go as smoothly as possible, with consultation, mediation and litigation, if required. We have partners and associates who will act as mediators or arbitrators for couples engaged in separation discussions or looking for assistance to resolve any other form of dispute.
