Maclaren Corlett LLP has expertise in all aspects of acquisition, disposition, financing, use and development of real estate.  Our expertise extends to condominium law, official plan amendments, building permits and building code compliance, expropriations, severances and part lot control exemptions, subdivision plans and site plan approvals. In relation to Condominiums, we constitute the corporation together with its By-Laws, Rules & Regulations, Agreements and Plans; liaise with local Land Titles Offices and attend to the necessary registrations; supervise directors' meetings as well as periodic and annual condominium meetings; assist in the enforcement of By-Laws and Regulations; register liens and assist in the collection of arrears, assist in the preparation of Status Certificates, liaise with management companies and their Condominium Corporations and generally assist in all legal aspects relating to the establishment, management and good government of condominiums.  We also provide advice with respect to commercial and residential tenancies, co-tenancy agreements and related matters.
