Sports Law
Members of the firm have experience in negotiating and drafting contracts and agreements with athletes, agents, suppliers, sponsors and business partners. We also provide advice on marketing and sponsorship issues, financing issues, merchandising programs, leasing matters, event management liabilities and insurance matters. The firm represents a number of national amateur athletic associations in addition to related amateur sport organizations. Currently one of the firm's partners is the President of the Canadian Olympic Committee.
